Director’s Message

My name is Carla Massoud. I am so pleased and honored to manage EDCOF training center. I believe that organizations have to focus on employees in order to succeed. EDCOF is committed to give employees the opportunities to update their knowledge and upgrade their skills in order to perform to their highest potential.

We choose our associate consultants from a variety of backgrounds and we view this diversity as strength representative of the world in which we live.

We believe that training should be the fruit of latest research. So, our courses are developed by a curriculum developer whose field of research is in Leadership. Every training course should respond to the needs of the organization as a whole and the trainees as individuals.

Our main goal is community responsibility. We work towards innovation, knowledge development, research and entrepreneurship.
